At each other’s throats

The latest episode of the slanging match between the US and Pakistan over military attacks inside Pakistani territory.

US (via the NATO ISAF in Afghanistan) embarrasses Pakistan by issuing a public statement that “they carried out an attack on an “enemy position” in Pakistan on Sunday with the help of Pakistani security forces”. Pakistan has not commented so far.

So much for the much-publicised Pakistani warnings to the US to stop military attacks inside Pakistani territory. What’s next in this clapperclawing series?
